Return Policy
Yo! You bought it and Pink Mouse wants you to love it. You can return most items sold by Pink Mouse within 30-days from the original date of sale for full refund, minus the shipping charges. All products purchased and delivered within the continental United States can be returned, we just ask that you pay the original shipping charges.
To receive full credit, returns must include all the original attached tags, boxes, authenticity certificates and be in original brand new condition. Items returned without original tags, boxes, and authenticity certificates or in original new condition, will not be accepted.
What's Needed:
- Order number, name, address, email, and phone number.
- Please include a copy of the original receipt.
What can't I return/exchange?
- Any item damaged or not in its original condition.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Last Call Sale Items.
- Clearance Items.
- International shipments. These are items sold outside the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
All items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to you at your own expense. Any item that shipping is not paid for within 14 days of 1st contact to the customer will be forfeited.
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise can be returned with or without a receipt. Pink Mouse will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.
Exchanges:
When exchanging an item list the item or items you want to exchange. If applicable, include payment for the difference in price of items and shipping. You are responsible for the shipping costs, which will be determined at the time of the exchange.
Gift Refunds:
If you return an item that was shipped directly to you from Pink Mouse Inc., you'll get credit for the value of your return. If the item was not shipped directly to you the credit will be issued to the original purchaser. All returns and/or exchanges MUST include Order number, name, address, email, and phone. Items received without this information will not be processed.
